It’s creamy, cheesy, and so satisfying that once you try it, it will become your go-to quick meal.

- Water for boiling
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oil
For White Sauce:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour (maida)

Vegetables (optional but tasty):

How to Make White Sauce Pasta
Step 1: Boil the Pasta
Boil pasta in salted water until it becomes soft yet firm (al dente). Add a few drops of oil so it doesn’t stick. Drain and keep aside.
Step 2: Prepare the White Sauce
In a pan, melt butter on low flame.
Add flour and stir continuously until it turns slightly golden and smells nutty.
Step 3: Add Milk Slowly
Pour warm milk gradually while whisking to avoid lumps.
Cook until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
Step 4: Season It
Add salt, black pepper, oregano, and chili flakes. Mix well.
Step 5: Add Vegetables
Toss in chopped veggies and cook for 2–3 minutes until slightly tender.
Step 6: Combine Pasta
Add boiled pasta into the sauce. Mix gently until every piece is coated with creamy sauce.
Step 7: Add Cheese (Optional but Amazing)
Sprinkle cheese and mix until melted and silky.
Serving Suggestion
Serve hot with garlic bread or sprinkle extra chili flakes on top for a spicy kick.
